Hunting Property Management

  • Management of hunting/recreational lands for absentee landowners, estates, trust properties, pension fund properties and/or corporate entities
  • Management of hunting/recreational lands for landowners who desire to provide a higher level of management/liability protection and care to existing and/or potential lessee/licensee
  • Customized lessee/licensee agreement between the owner and user with specific requirements for continued use
  • Annual reporting of property conditions, recreational use and user compatibility with the property
  • Establishment of hunting lease value via landowner/leaseholder agreement or establishment of market value via open bid
  • Development of bid packages and prospective distribution venue for maximization of hunting revenues (applicable, particularly with trust properties where there is an expressed and implied fiduciary responsibility to optimize revenue with open and transparent proceedings)
  • Annual or more frequent meetings with hunting clubs to discuss problem resolution or opportunities to enhance property/hunting/lease value
